I have a new phone. How do I get my colony back?

On your old phone, go to Settings › Account › Save Colony with Apple. On the new phone, tap Sign in with Apple on the opening screen and use the same Apple Account.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Delete Account. Guest accounts can be deleted too. As soon as you confirm, your colony disappears from other players’ screens; everything is deleted within 7 days, and you’re told when it’s done.

Someone’s name or note is upsetting.

Tap Report on their colony card or on the note, or block them. A name or note reported by three players is hidden automatically until we’ve looked at it.

How do I get back looks I bought?

They stay with your Apple Account. Tap Restore Purchases in the shop.

I don’t get the supply ship notification.

Check Settings › Notifications in the app, and Settings › Notifications › Dometown on your iPhone.
